Yes, GrowMate is modular. You activate extra modules or integrations whenever your business is ready; you only pay the hours for the extension and, if you take support and hosting, a monthly fee adjusted accordingly.
Only if you choose it. Hosting is part of the optional subscription: GrowMate then runs in the Netherlands, carbon neutral on green energy, including daily backups. If you go for your own infrastructure, on-premise or hybrid, you host it yourself and we merely make custom agreements on managing and supporting your environment.
When the quote is signed we ask for a 30% down payment. The rest is invoiced monthly based on the actual hours worked.
