GrowMate is modular business software for Dutch SMEs — ERP, CRM and automation in one platform — built by UDefine B.V. in The Hague. You assemble your own environment from 439 modules across 26 categories, from general ledger, invoicing and inventory to CRM, planning, a work order app and an AI assistant. It replaces separate tools such as Excel, an accounting package, planning and CRM with one system that fits the way you work.
Who it is for: Dutch SMEs running several disconnected systems. GrowMate is set up per industry, with landing pages for 191 sectors, from installation firms and wholesalers to healthcare practices, transport and horticulture.
What it costs: implementation is bespoke, based on €90 per hour. Indicative prices: the Kiem package from €2,950 (around 65 hours), Groei from €12,500 (around 140 hours) and Bloei from €25,000 (fully bespoke), all excluding VAT. You are invoiced monthly on actual hours. An implementation is live within 1 to 3 weeks.
Support and hosting are optional: only the one-off implementation is mandatory. You can run GrowMate on your own infrastructure afterwards. Hosting is in the Netherlands by default and CO₂-neutral; on-premise and hybrid are possible too. Your data is always exportable, there is no lock-in.
